The Somatic Heavy Assault Weapon is a LMG with low damage and long reload time, but with extremely fast rate of fire, long range, and anti-vehicular cababilities. It slows the user down and requires a stationary position to be fired. It has the shortest time to kill making it a very deadly weapon and the favourite of many cheater. It's accuracy is relatively good when used while crouching and in marksman mode, but the high horizontal recoil makes it near impossible to keep on target. On range short burts are recommended.
The SHAW is strong against humans and can still blow up a car with it's large mag, however, it's not as good as a dedicated AV gun. The ALIG 762, the OSMAW and the DMR-AV are more suited for the job.
