The Han Cellante was the starter vehicle of the original APB. It is quick and very nimble. Although it lists a required faction, both factions have it and they are identical. GamersFirst has replaced the Han Cellante with a better vehicle with a low top speed.
Now in APB: Reloaded, the Han Cellante appear as civilian vehicle only, usable by the player but not aviable for purchase. The model is know as Han Cellante - Trexxon Special: have a blue-lime color with ladders on the roof and the write "Trexxon Enegry Group".
