The Colby SNR 850 is snubnosed revolver with decent damage and fast equip.time. However it is limited by being a six shooter and having a relatively slow rate of fire as well as subpar accuracy.

It was one of the two weapons new characters start with in the game, but was replaced with the Obeya FBW. It's strength lies within the fast equip time making it optimal for finishing off an enemy. It is rather easy to use compared to the FBW as it requires the user to shoot each 0.5 instead of each 0.2s. However that easyness comes at a price, the SNR has a relatively high TTK which results in it being considered not powerful enough most of the time. In fact, using an ACT 44 has almost the same effect but allows you to do full damage up to 70m. It is generally not recommended to use the SNR. The FBW will be more useful for closer ranges and the ACT does the same but with higher range and larger mags.

The most efficient way to use it is to first hit the enemy with an attack that deals more than 70% damage (such as a fragmentation or concussion grenade, or a full JG-840 shot), switch to your SNR 850 and instantly shoot. The strongest point of this gun is its high equip speed, use it wisely.

It resembles a cross between the Taurus Model 85 and a Smith and Wesson Model 36 revolvers.
