Players can choose at any time to be governed by one of two rule sets; Standard and Chaos.
In our worlds we have up to 100,000 characters, however in any individual action instance, each map, holds 100 players.
In the standard rule set those 100 players can't kill each other until they are put into a match by the system, which ensures we can give you a relatively safe experience, more like a traditional shooter where when you're in a fight the sides are pretty fair.
However we have an alternative rule set planned which is the chaos rule set. Now this is your true open world PvP game where everybody's fair game all the time.
