Blood Roses

The Blood Roses is a faction in APB, run by a man called Micheal Simione. He is an Ex-mafia boss who has gone state's-witness and has changed his looks so no one really knows who he is anymore, but is now posing as a club entrepreneur.

The Blood Roses are a group of various wealthy kids who have cultivated a detachment. They have risen out of the underground warehouse club scene on the waterfront, and spend a lot of their time doing a lot of smuggling for the waterfront area.

A lot of them are sort of crash and burn, come from very wealthy families, trust funds, bored, got a lot of money to spend on clothing and the scene, but are then using that to develop a large following and also using that to fund their activities in crime.
